APPLICATION PROCESS

 

Applicants must complete and return, by email, our detailed application package.  Upon receipt, HOPE’s leadership reviews applications and intern’s are selected based on the following criteria:

 

• HOPE’s needs and applicant’s availability

• Applicant’s desire to work with HOPE

• Attention to detail and quality of application package

• Candidate’s demonstrated passion

• Staff’s discernment

• Ability to answer the essay questions articulately

• Relevant experience and communication skills

• Compatibility with HOPE’s needs and values

• References

 

Top candidates are interviewed via phone by our leadership and then forwarded to missionary staff for another phone interview.  Further in person or video interviews may be required.
