
Mrs. Cher Leadbeater
Manager, Diaper Bank
Cher Leadbeater was born in Louisville, Kentucky and has two grown children Ronald and Deanna and 4 grandchildren, Aiden, Ravyn, Phoenix, and Renee. She moved to Virginia Beach, VA. in 1999 when she met and married her husband, Chief Petty Officer, Roy Leadbeater.
Cher began work for Organization Management Group in Chesapeake, VA in 1999 and stayed there until she retired in 2012. She started as a receptionist for the company and quickly moved to the accounting department, to managing one of the Real Estate Schools and finally the Administrative Assistant / Education Manager to the Executive Director for the National Association of Residential Property Managers, an organization that is managed by Organization Management Group.
Cher's passion, education and skills aquired through her professional life has prepared her to manage he HOPE CHARITABLE SERVICES Diaper Bank. She says, "The Diaper Bank has been the most fulfilling position I have ever had and I am looking forward to many years to come."
Cher is a faithful member of Holy Family Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia and an active member in the New Creations Communtiy where she worships and serves in various capacities.
Favorite Scriptures: Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, on your own intelligence rely not: In all your ways be mindful of him, and he will make straight your paths." and 2 Corinthians 2:4 "He comforts us in all our afflictions and thus enables us to comfort those who are in trouble, with the same consolation we have received from him."
